The conformal coating production line typically can have up to 7 stagesThere are eight key stages when considering the conformal coating production process.

Not all stages may be used in a production line. But, each stage should be considered for use when setting up a new coating process.

As previously discussed the set up a coating process should be considered holistically.

The material, application process and the circuit to be coated should be examined in parallel to ensure you select the optimum process.
